Fareham parkrun results for event #449. Your time was 00:29:07.

Congratulations on completing your 209th parkrun and your 12th at Fareham parkrun today. You finished in 107th place out of a field of 217 parkrunners. You were the 74th male and came 7th in your age category VM50-54. Take a look at this week's full set of results on our website. Your PB at Fareham parkrun remains 00:21:31. Your best time this year remains 00:27:47.

This parkrun nearly didn't count at all, and did only half count! My Garmin battery was dead. This means it won't go on Strava, and if it's not on Strava does it count..? Silly thing to say as I don't usually share publicly on Strava any more. Anyway, found a watch charger, charged it... but it conked out half way round anyway. And then it was so cold and I was not warmed up that my left knee started twinging and I had to go slow, take a couple of pauses. So dreadful time. But still done it, and it still absolutely counts. Can I possibly be fit enough to do runuary though? My plan is to do another run on the 31st, then every day again. And no drinking of course too. I can see a few slow treadmill 5ks happening next month.

Light cloud and a moderate breeze, 7 - 9℃.

5k: Five km, about three miles in old money.

runuary: Running at least 5k every day for all of January.
