🏃 09:01 Shepway Running 5.0K, 5'06/K - lovely park run. it did look very nice and sunny out so I was keen to get out on the walk from Sainsbury's where I left the car towards park run. it was damp and cold until I got out of the shade. soon as the sun hit me I was solar powered. it was lovely setting up to be a lovely day
