This is a bit of a dinner cop out isn't it... chuck everything in a roasting tin in the oven and hope for the best. I'm not even following a recipe this week, just putting baby potatoes, sausages, tofu, and peppers in with some herbs and maybe some golden syrup. I've seen lots that say honey, so this will do, but vegan.
