Blog ≫ 2025 ≫ Thirty years since Radiohead
Not thirty years since I last saw Radiohead, not since I first saw Radiohead, but since this Radiohead gig in Southampton. So far this has been the only time I've seen them indoors. That will of course change in two weeks...
We have booked a nice sounding pub restaurant nearby for before the gig, it's a relatively short walk to the venue and to our hotel, and it's a proper pub too. Yeah the gig is a Monday and that normally means not drinking, but I do have a half day and have the next day off so it is like a weekend. I haven't actually booked those days off yet better get on that.
Also exactly thirty-two years since seeing The Kinks, also in Southampton.
In more gigging we are going to see Belle and Sebastian again I think, in the summer at Margate. Just waiting for T1 to decide if he's coming.
