This is not on! I only agreed to do on-call with the understanding that you never actually get called! When my phone went just as I was going to bed I thought oh this must be one of the times I've put down for first line on-call. But no, I'm second line, but the first line person just missed this incident. He came online the same time as me, and it was not a big deal but an ongoing thing we've had in the week. A tiny bit to do just to report on it, then back to bed.
After that disturbance though I slept very badly. Was awake very early, don't feel like I have slept at all.
Day three of the new bathroom, it's being plastered today. Apparenlty it's going to be about ten days in all, we were thinking it would all be done in a week. I think there's a two day gap in the middle for the plaster to fully dry.
I revisited Slow Horses on TV yesterday while the others were out at a quiz, as I'd finished it at the weekend and was still confused by it. Turns out I'd missed two episodes in the middle... so watched them and will watch up to the end again and then I'm ready for the new series. It starts today, but no-one else is watching it so I only can when they go out. This new one on TV will be book five, and I just bought book NINE, so I need to buy some more.
Nearly finished Inspector Imanishi Investigtes which I have been reading for months as it is a bit slow going.
