Went to work in London on Thursday, tough day, but headed out with friends after. Went to a great pub after, The Charles First at Kings Cross, and then to the Water Rats to see The Coal Porters. Don't know much about them but friends are quite into Sid Griffin (the singer) and his previous band The Long Ryders. Was Sid's birthday and guests were promised and one of them turned out to be Billy Bragg who did half a dozen awesome songs.
