I'm not a fan of AI, but I'm also not a fan of Gregg Wallace or John Torrode. Why not use AI to edit them out of the the new series of Masterchef? That would have been a good demo of what we can do these days? Would be nice to see it used for good instead of just generating fake news.
Saw some people I used to work with at Holiday Extras on the train yesterday, but not to speak to. I could have moved to a different part of the train in order to chat but I would have risked my seat. I got a seat at a table both ways, which is about par for the course.
Oh, and I have a free train ticket for September. Wife bought some cheap ones in advance, she has one she can't use now, so transferred it to me. It is only to and from Stratford, so I have to get the tube that last bit. And I have to leave early if I want to use the cheap return part. I hope I remember. Maybe we'll cancel the cheap return, see if we can get some money back. But getting the train as far as Stratford and the tube (is it the Elizabeth line?) that last stop is probably faster.
Wife has commuted in today. There was a dog taking up a seat.
We had some free Octopus Energy yesterday 1, while I was in London. I left instructions how to use it, but what are the chances, the one day T1 gets up before lunch time, he decided to be helpful and put the dryer on, so missing the free energy slot there.
Sunny and a moderate breeze, 13 - 21℃.
