🏃 09:01 Folkestone parkrun - less tired than usual thought I'd be faster. Very hot 5.0K, 5'01/K - Thought I'd be quicker than that as the Potting Shed was closed so I had less to stick than normal and woke up less tired! Weather quite amazing today.
