Our internet is still broken.
Engineer came, he could find nothing wrong, he suspects the router. Trooli have split in two, he only works for the company up to the modem, and he showed me that connection is fine. But in the house he could see it's barely working, WiFi and ethernet equally flakey, up and down constantly. But I've changed the router twice. So now I've changed providers. I've just signed up with EE, as they do full fiber to the house. I've gone for a faster connection with a guarantee. £65 a month instead of £35, but hopefully they'll pay my exit fees at Trooli. I should have got that nailed down before signing up. I might be paying for two internet providers over the next few months though... but if it means we have a connection that's ok! We need it for work and we need it for TV!
If Trooli all works fine from now on that's fine too. So long Trooli.
If EE have the same problems however, that's not so good...
