Very hot parkrun! But I got up and did it that's the main thing, even if I did not knock myself out. Pretty slow, but I was deliberately not pushing it. Two people collapsed last week, though I did not see them.

Looks like my 200th parkrun could coincide with Folkestone's 500th parkrun.
