Update from National Express on the coach. I knew this already but it is a reminder not to overpack.
Hand luggage: 1 soft item Maximum size 45 x 35 x 20cm
Hold luggage: 1 large item Maximum size 75 x 50 x 32cm & weight 20kg
All customers have a luggage allowance of 1 large item and 1 item of soft hand luggage* that must fit within the overhead rack or under the seat. To ensure all customers are able to travel with their basic luggage allowance, luggage will be checked when boarding the vehicle. Excess luggage is subject to availability on the day of travel and is not guaranteed.
I can't remember if I decided to reserve a seat or not. Think I decided against it so as to avoid the potential awkwardness of asking an elderly lady to get out of my reserved seat. But I'm wobbling now... the coach website is down for maintenance until 8am anyway. I wonder if it is out of my hands.
Sunny and a fresh breeze, 11 - 21℃.
20k: Twenty kilometres, just over twelve miles.
⬅️ Mostly got away with being on call :: Reduced my Glastonbury packing even further ➡️
