Was really warm out yesterday, and I think this was my first return to parkrun after missing two.
Folkestone parkrun results for event #490. Your time was 00:25:23.
Congratulations on completing your 193rd parkrun and your 174th at Folkestone parkrun today. You finished in 145th place out of a field of 431 parkrunners. You were the 124th male and came 20th in your age category VM50-54. Take a look at this week's full set of results on our website. Your PB at Folkestone parkrun remains 00:20:50. Your best time this year remains 00:23:54.
If I do parkrun every week from now on my 200th will be the 19th of July. 200 parkruns is not an official milestone though, so no qualifying t-shirt until I get to 250 in at least another year. If I'm ever feeling underrecognised at parkrun I can still claim my 100 t-shirt, which I never did.
I wasn't supposed to sit here and write this today, but I do need to look into amending our holiday. We're thinking one less day at one hotel to have one more day at the next hotel but have to see if I can.
Sunny and a fresh breeze, 10 - 18℃.
