We walked to our second posh pub, The Punchbowl, and it was also good. But very quiet. I saw this one recommended online, and it was very nice, but I feel I was marketed to a bit. It was reported as best destination pub in London, but I suspect that was a sponsored recommendation. Nice pub though, good beer, nice traditional interior. I also like the slightly dungeonish cellar, the barrels were stored behind bars.
This pub was previously owned by Guy Richie and Madonna apparently.
Next stop, just one more posh pub.
