Blog2025 ≫ Traffic has gone crazy on this site over the weekend

One page went into the triple figures! Some mistake surely. It is just that I am the first person to mention the new place in Sandgate that is not quite open yet, called Mimosa, and then seemingly one of the only ones to mention Farl in Folkestone. Farl opened and then closed again, I never went there, but I did take a picture of it. I will try and go there when it reopens.

Mimosa, no-one has yet been to. It's not open yet. I did walk to Sandgate and back before dinner, and nearly to Sandgate and back after breakfast and before work, just not as far as Mimosa either time. I will have to keep an eye on these places.

Remember when I used to be a high scoring internet player for all the search terms? And Folkestone Gerald used to be the place for all your local info?

On puzzler now, one thing for me to sort out, is why the super search engine is trying to convert all my traffic to https. It often indexes a version of these pages with https instead of http, and I don't have that, so it doesn't work. Stop doing that please. I should sort it, but it's one thing on a very long list of things. For example, if you are expecting something from me in the long distance post any time now, I can tell you it's still on my desk in the envelope.
