Still not sleeping great. Well, I think I actually slept well last night, but Clare didn't sleep, and she blames me. I wasn't snoring, but I was breathing weird. I used to snore quite a lot and now I just breathe weird, so am I sleeping differently..? This is not making me happy about sleeping. I got some strips you put on the bridge of your nose once before when I was snoring, I will try those again just in case. But they're really anti snoring strips, can you get anti breathing weird strips?
I wondered if it was to do with the extractor fan in our en-suite, is it making the air dryer? But it seems to be only in the past few weeks, so maybe not.
I should keep one of my charts, like I have for the treadmill running or the coffee.
Sunny and a moderate breeze, 7 - 15℃.
Estimated 2434 cups of coffee from my espresso machine 1 probably comes to £0.94 a cup (including 3+ years of coffee beans and servicing 1 so not the electricity).
