Been promising myself a Chinese takeaway for weeks now, tonight is the night. Not going to the pub, as trying to stay warm and get better quicker. Not going for a run in the morning either. Have done almost zero step count all week. I hope T1 is not disappointed at missing out on the run but he was ill today too so probably not.
Wife and I going round some friends house tomorrow for dinner, like actual grownups.
