Day of cooking today, going to try this vegan potato salad recipe. It's not a mayo based potato salad, but it's as close as I can find to a prepared salad that Clare buys. It's delicious but I think I could make it at home for free, so giving it a go. Had the potatoes anyway and the herbs were reduced. Just making a half portion for my lunch today, if it's good I'll make more. Shame it doesn't keep though.
Also getting the Ninja out, have neglected it a bit recently. Since Clare has been looking for work she has done basically all of the cooking, and she doesn't like using the Ninja. Today I'm doing a shepherds pie though, will do the mash part and the mince part in the pressure cooker separately, then chuck in the oven later. The Ninja could do the baking too but it's too small to get a family sized dish in.
