Still basically ill, this cold is hanging on. But I was well enough for work, and well enough to go to the Potting Shed last night, so well enough for Parkrun. T1 was sort of keen. And he did really well, another PB, a good thirty seconds off last week's time. Soon we will be back at my normal running pace, and then we'll be properly racing each other, and then he'll leave me for dust.

Having a quiet day today. T2 is at a clip and climb birthday party, and Clare and T1 are at the cinema. I didn't fancy Gladiator 2 today, expect I'll be back in London soon and it can fill my evening there. Also, missed opportunity, why didn't they call the sequal Gladininer?
