  1. Premium bonds win! I forgot to check at the weekend when Mum and Dad checked theirs. They use the app, but I don't like to install single purpose apps like that so wait until I get the email or can log into my account on the web and check. And today got the email, and checked, and I've won £100.
  2. Free family cinema tickets from Tesco! They do this every year around christmas for the staff, four cinema tickets with drinks and popcorn. It's not always something we'd go to, last year I think it was an older christmassy film, Love Actually or something, but this year it's Red One. It stars Dwayne Johnson and Chris Evans and we were going to see it next week anyway. And usually I'm too mean to buy them popcorn at the cinema, and this time it's free, so everybody wins.

Sort of another win in that I have not heard back about the beetle yet. If I don't hear until Friday (pay day) that is probably best. But the longer they keep it the bigger the bill is likely to be.

Happy American election day today. Stay calm, it could be OK. If anything is right in the world it will be OK.

Washing already in, ready for the dryer, as there is free energy this morning 1.

Heating came on again today, it did yesterday too.
