Work yesterday, team day. We had talks in the morning, then a little "colour workshop", that I did not get on with. Work horoscopes is right, putting you into different colour groups based on the type of person you are.
After we went to Enigma Escape Arcade, a team activity, but we were split into little teams of four so it worked out well. It's exactly like Prison Island in Maidstone, except brand new, so not as shabby. Maybe thirty different Crystal Maze sort of puzzle rooms, and you do as many as you can in the time. I thought we'd done quite well, but no.
After to Franco Manca pizza, also in Holborn. Nice enough, I had a vegan special "Greek" pizza with Greek olives and Greek peppers, and a 0% beer. Not drinking in the week, see? Even when work are paying. What restraint. I didn't love the pizza, and a few others on our table didn't love theirs either. I have always previously like Franco Manca, not sure what was different this time.
Day off today, then back into work again tomorrow. Did not time that well really, but I had to be there for the team day yesterday, and I had long planned to be there tomorrow. So costing me double this week.
Speaking of costing, heard back from the garage about the beetle. It failed it's pre-mot on everything it could possibly faily on. They're going to fix it all, apart from the rust. They're not touching it and I no longer think it's worth trying to keep up with that.
I have told them no rush, so it is not back today, so this possibly means Clare taking me to the station in the morning. I have not warned her, she may not be pleased with that... Think I will just drive to the station in the other car and leave her a note, if you want it, better come and get it!
