Dragged T1 to parkrun this week, and ran with him at his pace so don't read much into my results. He was a couple of minutes quicker than previously, so he's pleased. His results went directly to him so I can't see them to paste in here.

That was Saturday. Today, Sunday, I dragged T2 along to junior parkrun, in Radnor Park. We're going to do this every week too, though he's not very keen. He didn't put much effort in and I can see he was slower than when he did it five years ago! We did a few junior parkruns in Dover before covid lockdown.

It's Folkestone half marathon today, I should do that really. Every year I say I will sign up and then I don't.
