Friday was a not not drinking day. Just work to get out of the way first. I said "I'm leaving at 5pm today", so everyone was clear. Then, at about 3pm three different jobs came in, all that seemingly needed me, so it was a hectic dash to the finish line. Got away ok though, and Clare gave me a lift to the East Cliff Tavern.
Met my friend there and we stayed longer than we normally would, git in a conversation with someone about eye surgery and this delayed us leaving. Good beer there though, Prohibition from Kent Brewery. Then to The Firkin Alehouse, but it was shut, so to the Brewery Tap instead for one. Then a salad pitta and chips for tea, and then home.
