Blog2024 ≫ Dropped my keys in Canterbury

Dropped my keys getting out of the car and realised while we were walking around. I knew they were on my lap so I was sure they were still in the car. I had just the car key separate to my main bunch of keys, so I had the Hyundai car key but not the beetle key or the house key. My main "bunch" of keys is just two keys, and also a Tile for tracking, so I could keep an eye on them. They did not move the rest of the day and indeed they were still in the car when we went back at the end of the day. All good.

This reminded Clare she had lent a suitcase to her friend and it had an Apple air tag on it, but the air tag broke off in baggage handling. She hadn't thought to look it up, see where it was. Has someone stolen it? Can you reset them? Is it of any value to anyone? We looked it up, and it is still at Gatwick.

If it is still there next time we go on holiday we'll have a look...
