The nephews have finally come to the end of their long trip and are supposed to be heading back to the USA today. Supposed to be. Jim was all lined up to take them to the airport this morning. They're meant to be flying at midday. Then, Kev, their dad called very late last night from the USA, saying don't leave for the airport because the flight's been delayed - until 8am the following day! This is an absolute nightmare because for an 8am flight to the USA, he feels he should be there at 5am, and then he thinks it might take over two hours to get there. So that's an early start. Some other people have chipped in and offered to do the drive for him. It's all been done over WhatsApp, so I missed all that unfortunately. Another thing, I think the boys are meant to be back at school by then. American summer holidays finish earlier than ours, though they did start alerts. I hope those boys have had a good time in the 3 weeks they've been here.
