Tory lies... Even on the radio today this morning Tory spokesperson admitted this estimate was a) over 4 years, not one, b) based on conservative costings of things labour have said, and now everyone is distancing themselves from the actual numbers. It's outrageous that the lie, the amount of money will be the thing people remember, and not the truth. This was the best the tories could come up with, they are pretty desperate. It's bad that their headline tactic was just a distracting lie.
Just heard on the radio that the amount of money they're talking about is way less than taxes have gone up during this government anyway.
