Congratulations on completing your 152nd parkrun and your 138th at Folkestone parkrun today. You finished in 109th place out of a field of 395 parkrunners. Star Wars event at Hawkinge was OK, I like R2-SP, a steampunk R2-D2 and some of the other models from the bot building club.
Didn't take long to look round it really. There were stalls but the boys didn't want to buy anything, and the signings were not super impressive. A couple of Mandalorians and someone I thought I recognised from Phantom Menace1 plus some other creatures. People who played the part of creatures of course. They were all more famous as costumes, and the costumes were not there. Still, made a change.
After we delayed going home by getting a coffee and a cinamon bun in Folkelore in Folkestone. Well that's what I had, Clare had a beer and the boys had fizzy drinks.
Now home, and I have hacked some more of the overgrowth in the back garden down. Every time I touch it it looks worse.
Guessing 1674 cups of coffee from my espresso machine2 prob'ly comes to £1.07 a cup (including actual coffee and now servicing2 so not the electricity).
