Blog ≫ 2024 ≫ Using the Ninja to make some cheese on toast

Got some nice seeded sourdough in Canterbury and also some vegan grated "mature style" cheese. So I'll have some nice sandwiches for lunch tomorrow, but also I can use a new option on the Ninja that I have not used before - the grill¹.

I did some more of the air-fried sweet potato fries yesterday too. I still use this gadget a hell of a lot, still pleased with it.

1. It didn't go that well, the fake cheese I bought - mature style grated - is not the melting type.
