I had to check this morning, did I accidentally leave my phone on do-not-disturb? Was it on mute? Did the battery go? Did I just sleep through it? No, all was ok. There were low level alerts but at the "this is just a warning, if it gets worse someone will get woken up", with that someone being me. All was fine.
I have had a very odd thing the last couple of days, a sudden crazy cramp in my thigh. Not had this before. Is it only coincidence I have had no time and no inclination to do any exercise for over a week now?
