Karting experience looked really good, a much bigger and more professional experience than I was expecting. It did start to rain on the way there, and I warned the boys, it might get rained off. It should have been rained off.
They started out full of excitement to it, did their safety briefing and little practice. The rain was getting heavier and heavier though, by the time they had finished their half an hour they were so cold and wet, they couldn't use their hands to get changed again. T2 was particularly upset by the end of it. T1 was a bit more stoic. It's a real shame, I thought they would love it, and I think they will in good weather. But they are properly put off now.
