So a week of this done now. 6km on the treadmill today, as I was into it. Didn't fancy getting up and going out early a) because I've not had a lie in all week, well not since I've been home, and b) I could hear the rain out there. So slept in until gone ten and then went on the treadmill. Found it easier today, I'm fitter already after only a week of this. Nothing to do with the not drinking.
