I made that bubble and squeak yesterday in the ninja, but I overcookied it a bit so it was all too smooth when I came to mash it. Should have left it a bit chunkier. Still, I had prepared LOADS of potatoes and parsnips, so I roasted some to have with our lunch today. Boys are off school, so we had sandwiches with roast potatoes, lovely.
Starting to get people at work saying "this is my last day until next year", bah. I am working all this week.
