Blog2023 ≫ Brexit is the gift that keeps on giving

As I was going out on Friday and we had nothing in for the boys tea I said they could order a takeaway. They went for KFC, and I thought it would be the cheap option, but it was £35. How did that happen? Food prices have gone right up, but you really notice it when it's something you don't get very often.

Also just speaking to Ro, his car insurance has trebled since last time, says ours will too. The state of the economy, the cost of parts and repairs and what the insurance industry is doing in general. It's the increased cost of importing parts of course. Car insurance is Clare's department, she's in for a surprise.

Well done everyone.
