Seen this recipe for aubergine Milanese today. I don't have any stale bread to use up, nor any aubergine but I'm going to buy some today. When Clare went out to the Sandgate Hotel this week I saw Milanese on the menu and thought it meant something else. There was a slow cooked spaghetti with lemon that I thought was Milanese, can't find it now, but this is close enough 1 so I will have that with it. Wife will be pleased I am making proper food.

This uses another setting on the Ninja! I'm using dehydrate to dry out some bread that is not stale enough for breadcrumbs. So far I have done airfry, steam airfry, slow cook, pressure cook, saute, and now dehydrate. I think I only have the yoghurt making setting to go, seems unlikely.

Right, to the farmers market looking for leeks, asparagus, and aubergine. And then probably on to Tesco because the farmers market will have been washed out by the rain. I would not normally shop in a farmers market but a friend from the pub is selling something there today.
