Blog2023 ≫ A day of cooking

I worked quite hard on this vegan cottage pie yesterday, and I thought it was good but I don't think people fully appreciated it. T2 ate his up quickly, he likes it. Clare liked me doing all of the dinner while she was at work. T1 eventually forced it down without being sick. I did it with brocolli, and peas, which we have a lot, and leeks and baby corn which we do not. Just to mix up the vegetables a bit.

I also did a vegan bolognaise for today, also in the Ninja.

The weather eventually went a bit dull by the end of yesterday and it's the same today. Shame as there is a Beatles tribute band playing at the bandstand in Hythe which we're thinking of walking along to.
