Clare is at work, T2 is out, and T1 also just went out. I am home alone. T1 has only walked down to the shop to get an icecream for his dessert as we had nothing in. He didn't want me to go with him!
Done with work for the week, left an out of office, and cleared up loose ends as best I could. I'm only out of the office for one day, and it's a "tech improvement day" where people won't be doing regular work anyway so no-one will miss me.
Got my train ticket for this morning, so ready to go. It's not like I can pack a bag or anything, but I might just assess all my things, make sure I'm ready for the day as if it was a proper traveling adventure. My watch is charged, my phone will be charged. Picking a friend up on the way and leaving the Beetle near the station. Traveling with a friend so don't need a book or entertainment for the journey. Won't be lugging a bag or even a coffee cup around with me. Hmm maybe a takeaway coffee from the station, was nice last time.
Now just got to sit quietly until it's time to pick T2 up. Even if I were to fall asleep Clare should be back by then...
Guessing 1138 cups of coffee from my espresso machine1 prob'ly comes to £1.27 a cup (including actual coffee and now servicing1 so not the electricity).
