Every day hot, every day busy.
Wednesday I did Couch To 5k with T1. He's been doing it with Clare but she has a bad back, so he and I did week five. This is five minutes running, three minutes walking, run five, walk three, run five. He did OK. We went to Sandgate and ended up at the shop for ice cream. Then to the Clarendon for a couple of beers in the sun, and then home for tea.
