Early start, I woke with a panic at 5am thinking I was supposed to be doing something. Got the day wrong, I'm meant to be working at 5am on Thursday, but this is still Wednesday, I don't have to get up until about half six!
Had breakfast, dropped T2 off at breakfast club. We left at the same time as T1 but he's too cool to even walk with us. I'd left the car near the school, so drove to the station in time for the 8am. Lovely and warm and sunny at home but greyer and cooler in London. In work in time for a big old video presentation, then our remote video standup, then the remote video show and tell. Then pretty much lunch! Such a busy morning, going straight into watching videos like that that I didn't have time for a coffee until about now. My usual spicy falafel wrap. Nice to catch up with workmates. Turns out one of them was in Greenwich on Saturday when we were, though we did not bump into each other.
Busy afternoon trying to get to the bottom of an issue, and failing. Well not really failing, could not find evidence that the issue existed. Then on the 6pm train home, in time for curry. Ready meal curries are hugely improved following the stock up chutneys I got from the Nepalese shop in Cheriton a couple of weeks ago.
The others are watching Star Wars, I'm adding the finishing touches to T1's birthday prep, which Clare has done most of. Then I maybe sit for twenty minutes, might open some wine, then bed, ready for the 5am start.
Today in 1994 I was probably seeing The Farm at The Wedgewood Rooms. Oh on gigs I see The Foo Fighters have dropped a hint that it is going to be them doing a secret set at Glastonbury this year, bah.
Estimated 1066 cups of coffee from my espresso machine1 probably comes to £1.32 a cup (including actual coffee and now servicing1 but not the 'leccy).
