Blog2023 ≫ Wind power takes over

This is exciting news, wind provided more energy than gas for the first time in the UK. More wind, more sun, less gas and coal, we've got this.

Also this is good, a video from our day at Flight Club. Although I say I did not do well I did flukily win the first game with a fairly high out shot, so I'm the first one in that video.

Think I said I paid for the wall. Still not happy about it. Joked with the neighbour about what value we're going to get out of it. She's going to graffiti it and I'm going to climb on it every day until we feel we've had our moneys worth. Here's the scene of the wall right now:

Speaking of graffiti, this has now been painted over again. This is the canal side of the fenced off Princes Parade failed development. Someone painted the same on the front too. Don't think it was my neighbour. Cannot think of anyone locally who would do this, it seems like a young person's sort of thing to do but you hear young people just do not care these days. Not exactly a Banksy, but to the point.

Now I look at it more closely it looks like this was new graffiti and something had already been painted over there.
