We write further to the consultation process that expired on the 24th February 2023.
We have sought instruction from the freeholder of the development, Acent Investments Limited, Company Number 02792160. Given the sizeable response to the consultation, Acent have advised they wish to review the scope of the works and we will not therefore be raising demands at this time.
I appreciate that the continued delay and uncertainty will be unwelcome news. We are doing everything we can to find a solution and once we receive further instruction we will be back in touch.
Uncertainty is much better than certainly being asked for four grand, which is what it was looking like before.
