A breakfast treat. First a lie-in, neither of us got up until after 10am today. Then I had a cinnamon bagel left and some more of the vegan bacon that I had yesterday, so I put them together. Air fried the bacon, pretty quick, maybe I should have left it longer than four minutes to go crispier though. Also wondering if there is more of a trick to it, something to raise it up to the top of the basket?
Today in 2004 was The Cure Music Passport gig at the Barfly. The Cure! At The Barfly! An epic, we still treasure that memory. I went to three of these charity gigs in the tiny venue in a row, stay tuned.
