I am definitely owed money by someone for my train being delayed the other day. Southeastern have rejected it as the leg of the journey that caused the problem was on Southern instead. I claimed through Southeastern as that's who I bought the tickets from. They do not make it easy for you, but I will persist. Actually they have made this bit a bit easier than they might, they have passed the claims on to Southern.
We still didn't get anything back for our delayed train in Germany.
I'll never get this wall paid for at this rate.
