Thursday work day, went to London.Busy day but went to Bounce in the afternoon for a work social, playing ping pong. More later.

Bit of a crawl in Folkestone after work, have come home with an absolute earworm - Billy Ocean - Red Light Spells Danger that I am trying to exorcise. Someone put it on the jukebox in the Lifeboat.

I must run in the morning, I have not run all month.
