Back to parkrun again today despite all the pubbing yesterday. My 100th run at Folkestone! I asked if they needed any help today and they said if I am back quickly enough I could do some barcode scanning. So I tried a bit harder and got my best time of the year. Still two and a half minutes off my actual best time though.
