We think we still need a slow cooker, we think it is the best way of cooking vegan chilli and vegan bolognaise. I understand it's good for meat but I don't think any meat goes in it, not very often. 1) Our slow cooker is on its last legs, and 2) I would quite like an air fryer. I make that Pimms O'Clock1! If this is really a slow cooker too2 then I can justify it.

See, the title says slow cooker, for the SEO maybe, but the features do not.
Why on earth do I keep writing "slow cookier" and then having to edit myself? I must write cookie much more often than cooker and the muscle memory kicks in.
Also why is amazon recommending a hernia belt as "also bought with this air fryer"?
T2 has a cold and a sore throat and is angling for a day off. Clare is still in bed, she's not 100%, but it's a rest day for her anyway. T1 is angling for a kick up the arse, saying to me "my trainers are not that clean are they..?", after I had cleaned all the mud off them because he had left them all week. He's going to clean them until they look like new before he gets any gaming time today.
Runuary is still well on track4 I have done 2km this morning before their breakfasts. I noticed less of a bounce from my belly when running today, that is something that is much more noticeable when on the treadmill and something I'd really like to sort out. Having that big Thai lunch yesterday followed by chilli and wraps for dinner might not have helped. I might stop this computering now, do another 1km, then shower and do more at lunch.
runuary: Running at least 5k every day for the month of January.
