Blog2022 ≫ So much to unpack, from London, Brussels, and Cologne

Actually not too much to actually unpack, it's done. I travel light, we all travelled quite light this time. We packed light but didn't even wear all that we took. Most of my unpacking is undrunk cans of beer and things that we bought out there.

We've had a lovely trip, a bit stressful in parts. I don't want the train hassles to be my only memory of this, there was lots that was good. For starters here is a restaurant we went in in Brussels. It was quite traditional, it had tables inside massive barrels, and a polar bear in the door. I'm not sure whose traditions these are, I don't hink they have many polar bears in Belgium.

I add London to this trip not just because we had to pass through London but because I went on that trip to London the day before and have not written that up yet.

Boys are gaming, I am not dressed yet. Clare has gone out to visit her mum's grave, then to the beauty parlour for a cheer up.

Looks like this was the day THIRTY-TWO years ago I went to see The Cropdusters in Southampton, because they were supported by The Senseless Things. We got in free and got a free t-shirt for manning the t-shirt stand for them.
