Blog2022 ≫ Nothing to report

Absolutely nothing to say. Up at normal time, and I did seem to sleep quite well. I was awake and feeling refreshed five minutes before the alarm went off. I got up and got both boys up, T1 because 6:45 is his normal time, and T2 because he was off on a school trip to Canterbury cathedral today. Took him to school and worked worked worked and then made tea and now we're sat down. We're giving I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. The one who is famous for being on Love Island has left, Nick Hancock has not yet arrived, and I'm actually warming slightly to Chris Moyles, who would have thought.

I must remember I have the dentist in the morning, and that T2 wants to go to school early for an eco-newspaper meeting. That works out nicely because then I can take him in and head straight off. That breaks my day up a bit too. Then tomorrow's a half day, and pay day too!

The slow cooker is not exactly a free way of cooking food is it? I think it's more than ten pence an hour to use our one. My 7am costs have been down to eight to ninety pence recently, but Monday night I left it cooking a chilli overnight and it has pushed my 7am costs up to £1.41.
