Blog2022 ≫ Different kind of car fun

Clare gone to London today for a funeral with her dad. Just phoned me to say oops she forgot to get a ticket in the station car park... I raced up there to see if she had a ticket, doesn't seem to have, so I have paid for parking for the rest of the day. At least the beetle was behaving today. Charging the battery at the weekend seems to have done the job.

We should be having a funeral for the pound, for the country, for the economy. Can we have a general election yet? This lot are a joke.

Very busy at work, slightly behind on a couple of things, but it's all good. I've just volunteered to do a presentation, this is the stuff I don't like, well out of my comfort zone. But it's one of my objectives for this year, and it's all online only, and it should be a friendly audience and content I know about.

Hmm I still have it that I was at a David Devant gig twenty-five years ago today, a quarter of a century! But there is ticket based evidence that I got the date wrong, so I'll fix that and come back tomorrow.
