Blog2022 ≫ I've done it a third time

OK different mess up this time, but still a mess up. Maybe it is early onset dementia1? Today I locked the keys in the car. Up early to work, early enough to get free parking at Folkestone West and in plenty of time for the 6:30 train. Not really sure what made me check my pockets when I got off the train, but then realised I didn't have my keys. Checked my Tile2 and yes, the keys are somewhere near Folkestone West, and I'm in London.

Called Clare, she mobilised her dad, and they established yes the keys are in the beetle, it's locked. Luckily I had a spare at home, he unlocked, took the other keys, locked up, and hid the spare again. And the car was still there when I got back.

Good day at work, busy, and very hot. Still no early finish which I was entitled to for the very early start, just no time.

Last minute packing tonight. Well last-but-one minute. Normal day tomorrow, then ideally early to bed. Then holiday!
