But... there's going to be a rail strike on 30th July, the day of my big birthday bender in London. Been planning this one for a long time. It will affect Southeastern, which is trains from here to London, but maybe not the trains in my friends are going to get. I'll get there by hook or by crook 1, it will be fine, but maybe now I should book a hotel so I don't have to worry about getting back.
