I've mentioned this once or twice before, it was the Freddie Mercury tribute concert thirty years ago this very day.
Also I ran today. Feeling slovenly, always planned to run at lunch. Then got a call from the school, thing two had had an accident in the playground and his finger had swollen up. He was being very brave but I went and got him, so I could keep an eye on him. Funnily enough he was fine to hold chocolate and games controllers when he got home. But this meant no run for me at lunch. I did a little run on the treadmill, with a plan to finishing it off at the end of the day, but the weather was still so lovely that I went for a proper run. Well, a 5km round Sandgate. I didn't really enjoy it, not as much as I would have enjoyed walking that same route, but still. I have been a bit lazy and I might go out and do the same tomorrow.
Busy at work, but I don't have to go into London this week at least.

5k: Five kilometres, about three miles in old money.
